Wonderful Victorian Dress! Tons of compliments! I am 5’7″ and 140 lbs and I ordered a medium. It was a little bit big for me- had to cinch the ribbon on the back as much as it would go, but the sleeves were the right size. I wore bustle pads, a tulle crinoline skirt, and a four ring hoop under this baby for the “full effect.” Once I stuffed it, it was the perfect length. I wore flats underneath it....
