Renaissance Colonial Antique Floral Brocade Dress Vintage Victorian Era Historical Period Ball Gown Reenactment Theater Clothing

For reference, I am 5'5" and 155 pounds. In the pictures I am wearing probably 2.5 inch heels and the dress still touches the floor with my underskirt. The sleeves are just a touch long on me, but I do have slightly short arms for my height. I do like the cut of the arms and how feminine they look. Where the bow is, it is a little tight on me, but not uncomfortable. Just noticeable to the feel. The fabric is very heavy and only one layer with the middle satin like piece attached to the sides. The gold and blue fabric feels like a drape for curtains to me. It comes with the ribbon on the back to help make it a bit more snug. I bought the large and it wasn't well fitted....

Adult Women Green's Fairy Tales Sleeping Beauty Cosplay Gown Pink Adult Princess Bell Dress

Beautiful dress!! This dress is very nice made of thick, heavy material. It definitely runs small. I ordered a large and I’m normally a medium or small (size 4-8) in dresses. The sleeves do not have any give but the large fit my arms fine (usually things are super tight on my arms so I was worried even with getting the large it might be too tight). It’s a true lace up corset which is actually nice to make it fit exactly. I agree with other reviews that if you aren’t flat chested the little cups inside are annoying but again having the corset made adjustments an option to get everything positioned right. I am wearing a hoop skirt underneath it and it was just a little bit too wide of a hoop. It didn’t come with an extra petticoat or anything so it definitely needs something under it to help it poof (and take away some length for me!). Over all I am definitely pleased with the dress and can’t wait to wear it on our Disney Cruise!...
