The quality is excellent, its not really fast, everyone is happy !!

The dress is heavier than expected. The bodice is lined. The decorative side pieces are stiffened with a netting. They altered the dress to have a corset panel instead of a zipper. I gave measurements slightly larger to allow room to dance. All modifications were made exactly as I wanted. I ordered the 4 hoop one layer petticoat at the same tome so the length would be correct since I am petite and the length is perfect! Although heavy, the dress is beautiful and I am looking forward to dancing in this costume. Hat is cute also.
